1) Financial Services:

• Call the Bank to obtain required information and discuss what you intend to do.
• Complete the loan / facility application (available as download in this site or hard copy from the Bank).
• Call the Bank for registration procedures.
• Prepare the pre-feasibility study using official guideline (available as download in this site or hard copy from the Bank).
• Submit the loan / facility application and the pre-feasibility study along with all necessary supporting documents.

2) Development Services:

To obtain an industrial profile or economic data from EIB, the following procedures are to be followed :

• Fill the application form available on the EIB website.
• Send in your requisition through the EIB website or by fax or post (to the address as mentioned on the website - the requisition should be addressed to the Economic Research Section, Dubai Branch).
• EIB will study your requisition and make a cost estimate, availability of information / data and the time required, about which you will be subsequently informed.
• Customer will confirm by letter his acceptance of the information offered the cost and time estimates made by EIB, and simultaneously pay a 50% advance.
• EIB will deliver the agreed profile or data at the agreed time at which point the remainder 50% of costs will be made as the final payment.
